CODE OF CONDUCT

SERVER
RULES.

ASE is built around teamwork and sportsmanship. These rules keep it that way. Read them. Follow them. When an operation starts — work as a team.

01 / WHAT WE EXPECT

THE BASELINE.

02 / ZERO TOLERANCE

WHAT GETS YOU REMOVED.

03 / HOW IT WORKS

ENFORCEMENT.

01

WARNING

First-time minor issues get a quiet word. Most problems end here.

02

STRIKE

Repeat issues or a single serious offense → a strike. Three strikes is removal.

03

REMOVAL

Team killing, hate speech, sabotage, or persistent ego — immediate removal, no strike count.

04

APPEAL

If you think a decision was wrong, DM a leader. Appeals are heard. Decisions are final.

04 / OPERATIONS

WHEN AN OP IS LIVE.

IN THE FIGHT

  • Follow element leader's calls during organized operations.
  • Relay contacts — direction, distance, description.
  • Keep comms clean. No chatter when the element is maneuvering.
  • Report your status — wounded, moving, covering, reloading.
  • Never abandon a downed teammate if recovery is possible.

OUT OF THE FIGHT

  • Debrief honestly. What worked, what didn't.
  • Critique the play, not the player.
  • Take criticism as data, not insult.
  • Offer fixes, not complaints.
  • Log off when you're tilted. Come back fresh.
05 / REAL LIFE

LIFE COMES FIRST.

Work, school, family, personal responsibilities — none of it competes with ASE. You aren't expected to live on Arma. Real life comes first.

If you're going to be unavailable for an extended period, drop a note. That's the whole ask. No one's counting your hours.

06 / THE POINT

WHY ANY OF THIS.

Rules aren't there to make the unit stiff. They're there so the games stay good — for the veteran who's been playing Arma for a decade and for the new guy who just bought it last weekend.

When an op starts, everything above is automatic. Outside the op, it's a community. Both halves matter. Keep them both clean.
